8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings are retained for the period specified in your account settings (default 90 days). Transcription data is retained for the duration of your subscription. We will delete or anonymize your information upon request, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
